Vpp apps not downloading

Got a solution from the WS1 Support, if anyone else has problems with auto-installing apps, whitelist those apps at the OG you are having. Solution: Check the Source column in the iOS Location Apps list to make sure the app came from the VPP store. Check the description of the app. Meraki's MDM makes a call out through the app store when downloading apps. I know with iOS Apple and Meraki finally fixed the issues that.

 · The Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) has been integrated into Apple Business Manager. Apple Business Manager is a portal for admins to deploy Apple devices and acquire content in volume. Content may include apps, books, and custom apps. Location tokens are used to assign and manage licenses purchased using Apple Business Manager.  · App is assigned as available to that User Security Group. User can install the available app manually from the Company Portal. Right now I don't see any app at all in the Company Portal App. It say "no apps available" and there is a "Company Portal App" Text button below. When I click that link and log in, funnily enough, I see the app as. In case the app is a bit app, you should check if the device is running iOS 11 since bit Apps are no longer supported by iOS 11 and the iTunes App page to confirm if it's bit. The App says 'VPP account not associated yet. The current status is Registered'. This message is displayed when the application has not been set to be Device.

First, it should be understood that TechPilot (nor any MDM) does not install apps. Instead, TechPilot connects to your VPP account and tells Apple which app licenses to assign to which devices. From there, all the actual installation will be handled between Apple and the device. Enter the Organization ID to make the app visible in the organization’s account on Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager. For organizations still using the legacy Volume Purchase Program, you can assign an app to their volume purchasing Apple ID. From the App Store Connect Homepage, click My Apps, and select your app from the list. We have a few apps that we've deployed as Optional via Intune on iOS that are just flat-out not opening. If I uninstall the app, and install it from the App Store instead, it works, but if I download it from the Company Portal it won't. This only happens on some apps, too, which makes figuring out the cause a bit harder.
